What makes Broken Smoker great?
Unlike big chain BBQ restaurants, we don't use an electric smoker and inject it with artificial smoke flavor. We don't use a fancy commercial smoker, either. Our smoker is:
- Custom built
- Wood only
- Non-gas
- Non-electric
